Day 1: Somewhere between Berlin and Lviv/Ukraine

As of now we are on schedule. Our partners from Ukraine are en route from Kyiv to Lviv to pick us up upon our arrival at 02:15 tomorrow.

After we left Berlin Central Station at 05:51 this morning we are now approaching Kraków. We have been on the train for eight hours now. Another twelve hours are ahead of us.

Some of us are sleeping from time to time and we had some exceptionally good Polish Pierogi in the Restaurant on board this train.

Time for another cup of coffee.
